Erika has been teaching Pilates for over 3 years with her certification through Peak Pilates-Life Time Academy. After a running related injury, Erika began Pilates classes as a way to recover faster. She was hooked. She soon then received her certification to teach what she loved. She describes Pilates as a way of life, something that she is able to incorporate every single day. When not teaching Pilates, Erika spends as much as she can with her beloved dogs and attending to her horses. Running, kayaking, and swimming are just a few things she does in her free time. Fun Fact: Erika taught at a ski school before she found Pilates!
